Savoy Ballroom

The Savoy Ballroom at Grand Hyatt Melbourne provides an elegant setting perfect for a large wedding or business conference. This magnificent venue features high ceilings and a permanent large stage for entertainment, speeches and presentations, adding a grand atmosphere like no other to your special event or celebration. 

Capacity: 730 - 1,200 guests

Mayfair Ballroom

Stylish and sophisticated, Mayfair Ballroom is suitable for large-scale events and awe-inspiring celebrations. Mayfair is a fashionably grand Melbourne venue that can be divided into separate spaces, featuring leading-edge technologies and visual styling capabilities.

The Residence

the residence is the premium events venue at Grand Hyatt Melbourne. A private mansion concept and the first of its kind in Australia, the residence is made up of four individually styled rooms - the Courtyard, the wine, the Library, the Verandah room; all serviced by a stunning open show kitchen with a dedicated chef contingent. the residence offers personalised service for flexible events including conferences, small dinners, cocktail parties, product launches, media events and ideal for weddings.

Connaught

Known for being its intimate setting, the Connaught is a great event space to hold private meetings, product launches or small-scale celebrations. Connaught is connected to our expansive Savoy and can be used as an additional space for events held in the ballroom.

Capacity: 40 guests

Grosvenor

The versatile Grosvenor can easily be divided into two separate spaces. This practical event venue is suitable for board-style meetings and can be configured into break-out spaces upon request. 

Capacity: 80 guests

Bristol

Perfect for stand-alone seminars or meetings, the Bristol room is an event venue equipped for success. Like the Grosvenor room, this ideal meeting room can be configured into break-out spaces to suit your event space needs.
